SUMMONS
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorneys an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings into question real property situated in the County of Kittson and State of Minnesota:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SW1/4) of Section Thirty (30), Township One Hundred Sixty-one (161) North of Range Forty-six (46) West, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SW1/4) of said Section Thirty (30); thence, northerly along the eastern boundary of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SW1/4) of said Section Thirty (30) a distance of Five hundred fourteen (514) feet; thence, West at right angles a distance of One hundred fourteen (114) feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing from the point of beginning due westerly and parallel with the South boundary of Section Thirty (30) a distance of Three Hundred Thirty-Nine (339) feet; thence, North and parallel with the West boundary of said Section Thirty (30) a distance of Six (6) feet; thence, West and parallel with the South boundary of said Section Thirty (30) a distance of Seventy-Five (75) feet to the eastern boundary line of Fourth Avenue; thence, South along the eastern boundary line of Fourth Avenue a distance of Two hundred (200) feet; thence, east and parallel with the South boundary of said Section to a point which intersects the western edge of the existing drainage ditch; thence, northeasterly along the western edge of said ditch to the point of beginning.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the object of said action is to obtain a judgment declaring that the Plaintiff is the owner in fee of the property described above, subject only to that mortgage granted by Gary D. Taylor and Cammie L. Taylor, husband and wife, to CitiBank Federal Savings Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as document number A000178911, dated September 19, 2006, and filed October 3, 2006 for consideration in the amount of Twenty-six Thousand, Six Hundred Dollars ($26,600.00); and that certain mortgage granted by Gary D. Taylor and Cammie L. Taylor, husband and wife, to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., a corporation, as document number 174148, dated July 22, 2003, filed July 28, 2003, for consideration in the amount of Fifty-nine Thousand, Three Hundred Dollars ($59,300.00); and that certain assignment of mortgage granted by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a corporation to Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loan Servicing, LP FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, recorded as document number A000187167, dated August 27, 2012, filed September 4, 2012, assigning that certain mortgage recorded as instrument number 174148; and that the defendants, and each of them, have no right, title, estate, interest, or lien in or upon the said real estate.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by the Plaintiff against any of the Defendants.
