NOTICE
The Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 requires that Public Housing Agencies (PHA’s) prepare Public Housing Agency Plans including an annual plan. The annual plan provides details about the PHA’s immediate operations, program participants, programs and services and the PHA’s strategy for handling operational concerns, residents’ concerns and needs, programs and services for the upcoming fiscal year. The planning mechanism requires PHA’s to examine their existing operations and needs and to design short and long range strategies to address those needs.
The Northwest Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority has prepared the annual plan as required by the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. This Plan is available to the public for review and comment. The plan can be reviewed, beginning February 8, 2013 at the Northwest Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority office which are located at 205 Garfield Avenue, Mentor, Minnesota during regular office hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm).
A public hearing will be held on the plan at the Summerfield Place Senior Apartments on 215 9th Street East in Thief River Falls, Minnesota on March 27, 2013 at 9:30 am.
