Hollie M. Scott, also sometimes known as
Hollie Mae Scott,

    Plaintiff,

    vs.

Elsie Scott, heir of David N.?Scott, a/k/a
David Newton Scott; Donald Scott, attorney-
in-fact for Elsie Scott; and all other persons
unknown claiming any right, title, estate,
interest or lien in the real estate described in
the Complaint herein,

    Defendants.
                
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorneys an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demand in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings into question real property situated in the County of Kittson and State of Minnesota:
Parcel One: The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2NW1/4)?of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township One Hundred Sixty-two (162) North of Range Forty-six (46) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, according to the Government Survey Thereof;
Parcel Two: The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township One Hundred Sixty-two (162) North of Range Forty-six (46) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, according to the Government Survey thereof.
NOTICE IF FURTHER GIVEN that the object of said action is to obtain a judgment declaring that the Plaintiff is the owner in fee of the property described above. The object of this action is to obtain a judgment that the Defendants above named, and each of them, have no right, title, estate, interest, or lien in or upon said real estate.
NOTICE IF FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claims is made by the Plaintiff against any of the Defendants.
