LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT - PUBLIC HEARING AND AVAILABILITY OF THE APPLICATION REVIEW FOR THE EAST FARMS WETLAND BANKING
APPLICATION
The Kittson SWCD opens to the public hearing regarding the review of the application for submittal into wetland banking property owned by East Farms Inc. The proposed property is located in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ Section 15, Township 161 North, Range 45 West, Kittson County, Minnesota. The hearing will be held on the 11th day of March in the year 2013, from 2:30 PM at the Kittson County Courthouse at 410 5th Street South, Hallock Minnesota 56728, in the meeting room upstairs Kittson SWCD , 410 5th St. S. Suite 106 , Hallock, Minnesota 56728.
Comments regarding the East Farms Inc. Agricultural Wetland Banking Application can be mailed, prior to the hearing on March 11, to Brian Krippner, Wetland Conservation Act Adminstrator, at the Kittson SWCD office address presented above or emailed to brian.krippner@mn.nacdnet.net
All other comments regarding Agricultural Wetland Banking, not related to the East Farms Inc. Application should be directed to Brian Krippner outside of the proceedings as they will not be addressed at this hearing.
