DBE Request for Proposal:  Hallock Municipal Airport, Construct Hangar Taxilanes, AIP 3-27-0039-011-2000, Hallock, MN -Bid:  04/01/20 – DBE Goal:  2.6% Race Conscious – Strata Corporation, PO Box 13500, Grand Forks, ND 58208-3500, is soliciting sub quotes from Disadvantaged Business Enterprises on any/all items and/or materials for airside traffic control, seeding, mulching, and biorolls. If interested in quoting or for further information, please contact Rob Martens, our general estimator at 701-741-4239 or e-mail quotes@strata-corp.com.  All quotes must be received by Strata Corporation prior to 5:00 p.m., central time the night before the bid date to be considered responsive. Plans & specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of the City Administrator, Hallock City Hall, 163 S. 3rd St., Hallock, MN, and at the office of KLJ, 3203 32nd Ave S., Suite 201, Fargo, ND 58103. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained through QuestCDN.com # 6892057 for $33.00.  An optional paper set of project documents is also available for a non-refundable fee of $110 per set at the office of KLJ, 2750 Gateway Dr., Suite A, Grand Forks, ND 582036 for each set obtained., upon payment of $250.00 for each set. Strata Corporation personnel are prepared to assist you in interpreting plans, preparing proposals, & providing advice on obtaining bonding and/or insurance if need be. Also, when preparing quotes, please be aware of the insurance limits required by the owner in the specifications. This insurance coverage needs to be included in your quoted price & in place PRIOR TO STARTING ON THE JOB SITE.     The City of Hallock, and Strata Corporation, in accordance  with the provisions  of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerers that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The requirements of 49 CFR part 26 apply to this contract.
