NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
on
ADOPTION OF PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT POLICY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Kittson County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19th, 2020 at 9:30 a.m., at the Kittson County Governmental Office, located at 410 5th Street South, in the City of Hallock, Minnesota, relating to the establishment of a property tax abatement policy to encourage housing development within Kittson County, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.1812 to 469.1815, inclusive, as amended.
Copies of the Abatement Policy Resolution as proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the County Administrator at the Kittson County Courthouse.
All interested persons may appear at the hearings and present their view orally or in writing.
