The Two Rivers Watershed District (TRWD) will accept quotes for the property described below until 4:00 pm on Monday, June 1, 2020. All written quotes must identify the property, state your name and address, include a total price, be signed and placed in a sealed envelope and marked “Quote Enclosed”.  Interested persons must mail quotes to:

10 grain bins are for sale to be moved, located on property owned by the TRWD in the SE corner (SE ¼, SE ¼, SE ¼) of Section 21, Klondike Township, Kittson County, Minnesota.  Each bin is approximately 14,000 bushel capacity.
The bins will be sold ‘as is’ and must be removed from the site by October 15, 2020, weather permitting.  Bins must be removed in a workmanlike manner and the bin site must be left in a clean state with no evidence of scraps, trash or other associated material incidental to the project.  Bins must be cut at ground level, with no jagged edges or obstructions left above ground.  Any material currently contained inside of the bins is to be spread out adjacent to the site in areas designated by the TRWD.
The successful applicant assumes all risk and will save and hold harmless the TRWD free from any and all claims or causes of action whatsoever resulting from any activity related to this project.  All quotes received are final. The TRWD reserves the right to refuse any and all quotes.
