AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF KENNEDY – RESIDENTIAL BACKYARD CHICKENS
The City Council of the City of Kennedy ordains that chickens, ducks, turkeys and other domestic fowl are prohibited from being raised or kept within the limits of the City of Kennedy.
This ordinance repeals and replaces Ordinance No 19, an ordinance to prevent chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese and all domestic fowls from running at large in the village of Kennedy.
Passed by the City Council of Kennedy, Minnesota this 13th day of July, 2020.
