ORDINANCE #69
ANIMAL REGULATION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KENNEDY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Kennedy did on July 13, 2020 adopt and approve Ordinance # 69 entitled: ANIMAL REGULATION ORDINANCE.  This ordinance serves to repeal and replace all previous ordinances regarding the licensing and regulations of dogs, cats, and other domesticated pets.
Provisions in the ordinance include regulations regarding all domestic pets, including licensing, household limits, control and restraints, and penalties for ordinance violations.  A copy of the ordinance is on file with the Kennedy City Clerk and a copy of the complete ordinance has been posted in the city hall.  This notice shall serve as a summary of the ordinance as provided for in Minnesota Statutes §331A.01 and is published in accordance with Minnesota Statutes §412.191, Subd. 4, on a minimum four-fifths approval vote of the Kennedy City Council.
