MN Homeland Security Emergency Management (HSEM) Region 3 Emergency Managers Joint Powers Board (R3EMJPB) will accept proposals for Homeland Security Planning Services until no later than Thursday, December 31st, 2020 by noon.
Planning will include providing professional services to support and strengthen regional coordination of homeland security and terrorism based emergency planning and exercising for HSEM Region 3 in Northwest Minnesota.
This position is responsible for working with emergency managers and supporting terrorism preparedness efforts through assistance in planning, exercising, and customized technical assistance.  In the course of this work, this position is also responsible for working collaboratively with government officials, whole community partners and other related agencies.
