NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF KENNEDY
APPLICATION TO SMALL CITIES DEVELOPMENT GRANT PROGRAM
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Kennedy City Council at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Monday, February 8th, 2021 at the Kennedy City Hall, 414 North Atlantic Ave, Kennedy, Minnesota.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide information and receive citizen’s comments regarding the submission of an application to the Department of Employment and Economic Development, Small Cities Development Grant Program for rehabilitation activities within the City of Kennedy. Grant dollars will be utilized for water system storage improvements.
All interested citizens are encouraged to attend the public hearing to examine the application and provide comments. If additional accommodations may be required in order to attend, such as hearing, vision, language or accessibility, please contact City Staff by February 3rd. If you are unable to attend; or would like additional information prior to the hearing; requests can be made and materials pertaining to the proposed use of funds are available for review at the Kennedy City Hall, 414 North Atlantic Ave, between the hours of 8:30-11:30AM and 12:30-4:30PM Monday-Thursday; or by contacting City Staff at 218-674-4142 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
