NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF ALLEYWAY IN
HALLOCK ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF HALLOCK
PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA
STATUTE §412.851.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council on the 5th day of April, 2021, in the City Hall at 5:30 p.m. to consider a proposed vacation of property legally described as:
The alleyway intersecting the Hallock & Swainsons Addition to the City of Hallock, lying as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot Thirty-seven (37), thence westerly, and parallel with the South boundary of said Addition, to the Northwest corner of Lot Thirty-one (31), thence northly, and parallel to the West boundary of Lot Thirty-one (31) to the Southwest corner of Lot Forty-seven (47), thence easterly, and parallel to the North boundary of said Addition, to the Southeast corner of Lot Fifty-two (52), thence southerly, and parallel to the East boundary of Lot Fifty-two (52) to the point of beginning.
