NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Notice is hereby given that quotes will be accepted at the office of the Two Rivers Watershed District, at 410 South 5th Street, Suite 112, Hallock, Minnesota 56728, until 4:00 p.m., April 19, 2021 for the rental of fully operated excavation equipment for the 2021 construction season.
Proposals will be accepted for backhoes, dozers, draglines, blades, scrapers, tractors and mowers. Quotes should include equipment specifications including the type/size, model year, whether or not crawler tractors are low ground pressure (LGP), if excavators are track mounted or rubber tire, bucket types and sizes, scraper size (cu. yd.) and twin or single engine, laser or gps equipped, etc. The hourly rates submitted shall represent the inclusion of an experienced and competent operator.
Contractors may submit their own forms or obtain an equipment rate sheet form at the District Office or by calling 218-843-3333. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “2021 equipment rate quotes”.
All quotes submitted via U.S. mail or in person will be accepted. No faxed or emailed proposals will be allowed. Current Certificates of Workmen’s Compensation and Liability Insurance should be submitted with the quote. Incomplete proposals will not be considered.
The Two Rivers Watershed District reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.
