PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Malm Family Foundation having its registered office at 234 South Birch, P.O. Box 790, Hallock, MN 56728, has available for public inspection the annual tax return for Malm Family Foundation for the tax year ending 12/31/20.
Any person wishing to inspect this tax return should contact Roger C. Malm, Treasurer of the Foundation (principal manager) at 234 South Birch, P.O. Box 790, Hallock, MN 56728, during regular business hours by appointment Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The telephone number to use for phone calls to the Foundation is: 218-843-3686. (Appointment required this year because of the pandemic.)
You are advised that the private foundation’s return will be available for inspection for a period of not less than 180 days after the date this notice is published.
