on the Appeal of Permit Application #2021-22, #2021-30, and #2021-31
Two Rivers Watershed District

The Board of Managers of the Two Rivers Watershed District hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Managers of the Two Rivers Watershed District beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 in the District Office in the Kittson County Courthouse, 410 South 5th Street, Hallock, Minnesota.
The purpose of this Hearing will be to discuss the appeal of the denial of Permit Application numbers 2021-22, 2021-30, and 2021-31, that were submitted to the Two Rivers Watershed District by R.R.V., LLC and LandX and signed by Roger Ellingson. The applications were denied by the Board of Managers at their August 5, 2021 regular board meeting.
Testimony either for or against and supporting evidence will be heard from any and all persons affected or potentially affected by the permit who desire to appear and be heard at the hearing. In addition, written testimony may be submitted in accordance with the “By Laws of the Two Rivers Watershed District”.
The Board of Managers will consider all evidence, testimony and other information provided and will make their findings and order regarding the matter based upon said information.
