NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 15 at 10:30 AM in the Kittson County Courthouse for the purpose of hearing all interested persons regarding the updating of the Kittson County Tobacco and Clean Air Ordinance to comply with current laws. Copies of the ordinances are on file in the office of the Kittson County Administrator. This notice shall serve as a summary of the ordinance as provided for in Minnesota Statute 331A.01 and is published in accordance with Minnesota Statute 375.51
