on the Petition to Add Benefitted Lands to Kittson County Ditch #7

The Board of Managers of the Two Rivers Watershed District hereby gives notice that pursuant to MN Statute 103E.401 subdivisions 2-4, a Public Hearing will be held beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2022 in the District Office in the Kittson County Courthouse in Hallock, Minnesota.
The purpose of this Hearing will be to discuss the petition of Brian Dahl seeking to use Kittson County Ditch #7 as an outlet for land located in the SE ¼, section 25 and the SE 40 acres of the NE ¼ of section 25, Davis Township (T159N, R48W), Kittson County, MN, which currently is not in the benefitted area of the ditch. Testimony and evidence will be heard from any and all persons affected or potentially affected by the permit who desire to be heard at the hearing. Written testimony may be submitted if sworn in affidavit form and is clearly legible.
The Board of Managers will consider all information provided and will make their findings and order regarding the matter based upon said information.
