NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RE: RURAL WATER MERGER
Of North Kittson Rural Water
And Kittson Marshall Rural Water

ON FEBRUARY 14, 2023, AT 7:00 AM, at the Kennedy Café Middle Room in Kennedy, Minnesota, Kittson Marshall Rural Water and North Kittson Rural Water will hold a joint public hearing to receive public comment concerning a Resolution in Support of Merger approved by both boards at their meetings on January 12, 2023.
All members of the public are invited to attend and give testimony regarding the proposed merger.
Unlimited written public comment may be submitted prior to the hearing. Written public comment should be submitted by US mail, email, or in person at one of the following addresses: North Kittson Rural Water, PO Box 99, Lake Bronson, MN 56734, nkrw@wiktel.com or Kittson Marshall Water users, PO Box 210, Donaldson, MN 56729, kmrw@invisimax.com. Written comments submitted after the hearing will not be considered by the boards.
