NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hill Town Board will conduct a special meeting on March 21, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at 1729 310th Street, Hallock, Minnesota, to consider vacating the following described Road:
140th Avenue, beginning at a point on the west boundary of Section Thirty-three (33), Township One Hundred Sixty-two (162) North of Range Fifty (50) West to C.A.H. 59 at or near the Northwest corner of Section Thirty-three (33), Township One Hundred Sixty-two (162) North of Range Fifty (50) West, being approximately 0.33 mile in length.
