Hallock Area Community Fund offers grant opportunity

HALLOCK – The Hallock Area Community Fund announces a grant round for local nonprofits and public entities serving the Kittson Central School District area.
“We are launching our first grant round in a few years”, said Kelly Bengtson, co-chair of the local advisory committee. “Submitted grants will be reviewed at our spring meeting. The grants awarded will provide funding when most needed by organizations serving our community.”
The online grant application can be completed and submitted by Monday, April 8 for funding consideration. You can find the form here:
Applicants must be a 501(c)3 organization or a public entity. The local fund advisory committee will meet in late April or early May to consider the awards for this grant round and award $7,500. Applicants may use the link or scan the QR code below.
Current advisers to the community fund include Teal Paine, Emily Kuzel, Betty Younggren, Jeff Hane, Loren Younggren, Jill Swanson, Roger Quanbeck and Kelly Bengtson.
