PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Kittson County Board of Adjustments

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in front of the Kittson County Board of Adjustments on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. in the upstairs meeting room of the Kittson County Courthouse, 410 Fifth Street, Hallock MN. The public hearing will be both a conditional use hearing and a variance hearing for Minnkota Power Cooperative. Minnkota is proposing to replace a private communications tower in Section 18 of Arveson Township. The previous tower is not permitted so a conditional use permit is required. The variance request is for the painting of the tower that is stated in the Kittson County wind and tower ordinance and the setbacks. The subject parcel is 350000400.
Any persons interested may attend and be heard at the time of this public hearing. Any persons who have written objections to file who will not be present at the hearing must file their written objections with the Zoning Administrator not later than 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 19th.
