Amendment to the Hallock City Ordinance Chapter 5, Section 5.02, Subsection 2: On-Sale Licenses.
The City Council voted on Monday, Dec. 3, 2018, at their regular meeting, to change the number of allowed licenses from three (3) to four (4).
“On-sale licenses shall be issued only to hotels, clubs, restaurants, and exclusive liquor stores and shall permit “on-sale” of liquor only.  Said licenses shall be limited to four (4) in number.”
Amendment to the Hallock City Ordinance Chapter 5, Section 5.02, Subsection 4: Off-Sale Licenses: limit shall be changed from two (2) off-sale licenses to three (3).
Reading the ordinance, the city has no limits on the number of Sunday sales, but limits on the time of day and type of establishment.
