Resolution – City of St. Vincent

RESOLUTION NO. 01-19
A RESOLUTION to designate a polling place for 2019 pursuant to Minnesota Statute 204B.16.
WHEREAS changes in Minnesota Statutes 204B.16 require cities to adopt a resolution prior to December 31st of each year to designate their polling place.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. VINCENT, MINNESOTA
AS FOLLOWS:
That since the city is a mail ballot precinct, the polling place for 2019 will be the Kittson County Courthouse.
