NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING ON THE REDETERMINATION OF BENEFITS OF KITTSON COUNTY DITCH #21
KITTSON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 12th day of September, 2019, at 8:00 o’clock a.m. in the office of the Two Rivers Watershed District at the Kittson County Courthouse in Hallock, Minnesota, a public hearing will be held in regard to a pending action initiated by the Board of Managers of the Two Rivers Watershed District requesting the redetermination of benefits of Kittson County Ditch #21 located in Kittson County, Minnesota.
That said action indicates that original benefits and damages of the ditch do not reflect reasonable present day land values, that original benefitted areas have changed, and there is a need to combine benefit areas of KCD 21 and KCD 21 Diversion 1 Improvement.

Said report is available for inspection at the office of the Two Rivers Watershed District at 410 South 5th Street in Hallock, Minnesota. A Property Owner’s report shall be mailed to affected landowners as required by MN Statute 103E.323.
All parties interested in the proposed redetermination or who are affected by said redetermination are invited to appear before the Board of Managers at such time and place and present their objections, if any, why an Order should not be made by the Board of Managers of the Two Rivers Watershed District granting the Redetermination of
Benefits of Kittson County Ditch #21 in Kittson County, Minnesota and confirming the report of viewers.
