NOTICE OF PASSING OF AN
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR EMERGENCY PROTECTION
FIRE SERVICES BY THE
CITY OF LANCASTER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Lancaster did on October 10, 2019, Add Chapter 1704 to their Minnesota Cities Livable City Code.
Provisions in the Chapter 1704 ordinance includes section 1704.01 through 1704.06 explaining the Purpose and Intent; Definitions; Parties Affected; Rates; Mutual Aid Agreement and Application of Collections to Budget.  The effective date of this Ordinance is January 1, 2020.
A copy of the ordinance is on file with the Lancaster City Clerk for public inspection and a copy of the complete ordinance has been posted in the city hall.  This notice shall serve as a summary of the ordinance as provided for in Minnesota Statutes §331A.01 and is published in accordance with Minnesota Statutes §412.191, Subd. 4, on a minimum four-fifths approval vote of the Lancaster City Council.
