Resolution NO. 02-19
A RESOLUTION to designate a polling place for 2020 pursuant to Minnesota Statute 204B.16.
WHEREAS changes in Minnesota Statutes 204B.16 require cities to adopt a resolution prior to December 31st of each year to designate their polling place.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. VINCENT, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
That since the city is a mail ballot precinct, the polling place or 2020 will be the Kittson County Courthouse.
