Notice is hereby given, that under and by virtue of a Judgment and Decree entered in the above-entitled action on the 31 day of October, 2019, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises, herinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff(s) in the above-entitled action from said Defendent(s), as prescribed in the order, the undersigned Sheriff of Kittson County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 30th day of December, 2019, at 10 o’clock am, at the Sheriff’s Office, 410 Fifth ST S Suite 102, City of Hallock in said County and State, the premises and real estate, lying and being in the County of Kittson, State of Minnesota, described in said Judgment and Decree, to-wit:
Lot 1 and the East Half (1/2) of Lot 2, of Block 17, of the Original Town of Hallock, according to the plat thereof.
