June 1, 2021
The Kittson County Board of Commissioners met, pursuant to adjournment on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. All members were present.
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Gillie. The pledge to the flag was given.
A motion was made by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Younggren and unanimously carried to approve the agenda.
A motion was made by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Kraulik and unanimously carried to approve the meeting minutes from May 18, 2021.
A motion was made by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Younggren and unanimously carried to approve payment of the following amounts, with a detailed listing maintained on file in the Finance Office:
Auditor’s Warrants
May 14, 2021 $ 18,611.82
May 20, 2021 $ 85,353.25
May 21, 2021 $ 79,658.30
May 28, 2021 $ 75,380.59
Commissioner’s Warrants
June 1, 2021 $ 116,146.02
A motion was made by Commissioner Younggren, seconded by Commissioner Johnson and unanimously carried to approve per diems and expense sheets.
County Administrator Dillon Hayes presented the revised fee schedule. A motion was made by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Johnson and unanimously carried to open the public hearing. Chair Gillie called for public comment; no public comment was received. A motion was made by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Kraulik and unanimously carried to close the public hearing. A motion was make by Commissioner Kraulik, seconded by Commissioner Olson and unanimously carried to approve the fee schedule.
A motion was made by Commissioner Younggren, seconded by Commissioner Johnson and unanimously carried to approve special meeting dates for June 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. and June 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner
Olson and unanimously carried to approve the revised COVID-19 Preparedness Plan.
Administrator Hayes presented information on 1W1P implementation options. The Board discussed the options, agreeing that the collaboration model was the preferred method.
Committee Reports were given.
Administrator Hayes provided a summary of recent correspondence.
A motion was made by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Younggren and unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting.
The Board adjourned to June 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
