Recipe for: Chocolate Chip Cookies
Cream together:
½ c butter
½ c shortening
¾ c white sugar
¾ c brown sugar
Add:
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 ½ c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 pkg chocolate chips
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.

1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1 T hot water
¾ c white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 c oatmeal

Bake at 350 for 10 to 11 minutes.
