SUMMONS

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs’ Attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Administrator of the Kittson County District Court within twenty-one (21) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the date of such service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves real property situated in the County of Kittson, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
The Southwest quarter (SW¼) of Section Thirty-one (31), Township One Hundred Sixty-four (164) North, Range Forty-nine (49) West;
AND
The East Half (E½) of the Northeast Quarter (NE¼) of Section Eleven (11), Township One Hundred Sixty-three (163) North, Range Fifty (50) West
(Hereinafter known as the “Premises.”)
The object of this action is to determine the title and adverse claims to the real property described above and to establish that Defendants have no right, title, or interest therein. No personal claim is made against any of the above-named Defendants.
