Elise Tammy Sundem, 57

Elise Tammy Sundem of LaSalle, Colo., passed away Sunday, June 5, 2016, at Hospice in Greeley, Colo. with her family by her side.
She was born in Greeley to Bruce Sundem and Connie (Sundem) Tracy.
Elise attended school in LaSalle and graduated from Valley High School in Gilcrest in 1977. She then went to Aims Community College, Greeley,  and graduated Dec 9, 1983.  She worked at Farmers Inn in LaSalle and AE Associates in Greeley.
On Nov. 11, 1995 Elise joined together with her partner for life, Mick McCarthy.
Elise was preceded in death by her father, Bruce Sundem; brother, Arden Sundem; and partner, Mick McCarthy.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Connie and Marlyn Tracy, Eagle Bend, Minn.; brother, Lester Sundem, Lancaster, Minn.; and sister, Denise Stearns (Ken Condreay); nephew, Sammy Stearns; and niece, Krissy Stearns (Josh Castaneda), Louisville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Humane Society of Weld County or a charity of choice in honor of Elise.
Memorial services were held from 5:30-7:30 p.m., July 1, 2016, at the Eagles Club, 601 2nd St, LaSalle, Colo.
