Jennifer Boychuk, 68

Jennifer Boychuk, 68, of Hallock, Minn., passed away at Madonna Towers in Rochester, Minn. on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019.
Jennifer Jane Montgomery was born Nov. 5, 1950, at Madelia, Minn., to Robert and Darlene (Trullinger) Montgomery. She grew up in West Concord, Minn., and graduated from high school there in 1968.  Jennifer attended cosmetology school in Mankato, Minn., in 1969.
On June 19, 1971, she was united in marriage to Robert Boychuk at West Concord.  They settled in Hallock in 1972.  Jennifer worked as a hair stylist prior to becoming a secretary at the Kittson County Sheriff’s Office.
In 1978 she began working at the Clerk of Court Office.  Jennifer worked a total of 37 years in the Kittson County Courthouse.
Jennifer is survived by her husband, Robert; her mother, Darlene, Pine Island, Minn.; brothers, David (Jeanne) Montgomery, Saddle Brook, Ariz.; Todd (Luz Maria) Klamath Falls, Ore.; Bradley, West Concord; sisters, Rhonda Dietrich, Blaine, Minn., and Wayne (Alvin) Ohm, Rochester, Minn.; a sister-in-law, Jean (Bruce) Whittenton in Teas; a brother-in-law, Jim (Tammi) Boychuk, Hallock; nieces and nephews, Stevanna Barnes, Clint Dietrich, Kris Montgomery, Sheryl Meier, Ryan Montgomery, Brian (Alison) Ohm, Neil Ohm, Michael Boychuk and Madison (Trevor) Telkamp.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert.
Memorial services were held Friday, March 1, 2019, at 11 a.m. in Grace Lutheran Church, Hallock.  Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Hallock.  Visitation was held at the church for one hour prior to the service.  Rev. Frank Johnson, presiding; Sue Albrecht, soloist, Sharlene Klegstad, organist.  Honorary pall bearers will be friends and neighbors.
Austin Funeral Chapel, Hallock, was in charge of the arrangements.
