Michael Heddan, 80

Michael “Mike” Heddan, age 80, of Andover, Minn., passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Dec. 14, 2025.
Mike was born on Sept. 13, 1945, in Drayton, N.D., and raised in Donaldson, Minn. He graduated from Kennedy High School, served in the United States Army and later worked in the construction industry, eventually founding Mike Heddan Construction.
Mike loved hunting, fishing, reading and all sports. Above all, he was a devoted family man who cherished spending time with those he loved.
He is survived by: his loving wife, Cheryl; daughters, Tiffany (Chad) Erickson and Monica (Tristan) Nepote; sister, Judy (Greg) Brozyna; grandchildren, Hailey (Jake), Logan (Paulina), Markell (Eric), Ava, Olivia, Preslee and Jocelyn; and great-grandchildren, Paislee, Brielle, Mateo, Mathis, Jasmine and Leo.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Earl and Dolly Heddan; and sisters, Jan Heddan and Gail Porter Najarian.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026, at 11 a.m., with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. at Kozlak-Radulovich Blaine Chapel, 1385 107th Ave NE, Blaine, Minn.
