Kennedy Council again changes city’s engineering firm

By Margie Holmgren
Kennedy City Council voted to change engineering firms again to work on the water storage project.
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 12, the city council was informed the current firm is not responding to calls or emails.
City clerk/treasurer Melissa Woinarowicz explained she has tried calling and emailing Dustin Fanfulik of Widseth, Smith and Nolting and is not getting any reply.
“I got him to commit that he was going to be at our July meeting,” Woinarowicz explained. “But he stated he was not done with our preliminary engineering report (PER).”
